The creative zone DEPO2015 was created in 2015, when Pilsen was the European Capital of Culture. Since then, we have been combining innovative thinking, new and traditional technologies, creative spirit and love for culture here. We transform the industrial premises of the former car depot of the city's transport companies into exhibitions, concerts and festivals of food, drink and design.

We are looking for a colleague to join our team in the position of "Financial Administrator".

Job scope:

• Registration of received invoices and their entry into the accounting program

• Preparation of payment orders and their entry into the accounting program

• Managing the cash register and entering into the accounting program

• Entering and recording payments made to the company's bank accounts

• Check travel orders

• Preparation of documents for subsidy billing and follow-up checks

• Cooperation with an external accounting firm
  

We require:

• Secondary school or university education

• Experience working in a similar position min. 1 year

• Very good organizational skills

• Active approach to work and reliability

• Communicative and responsible personality

• Experience with the HELIOS Orange information system is an advantage
