Zajímá vás program? www.depo2015.cz REST: ART From April to June 2022, together with our Bavarian partner Centrum Bavaria Bohemia, we implemented the REST:ART project, which was supported by the Cíl EUC fund through the Dispositional Fund of the Euroregion Sumava Southwestern Bohemia. The purpose of this cross-border project was to restore former Czech-Bavarian contacts and cooperation, which had been significantly limited in the last two years, and to create new partnerships. During three months, five meetings were held on four topics: April 8, 2022, Pilsen, DEPO2015 The first meeting took place at DEPO2015 and was aimed at representatives of music groups and organizers of smaller/local music festivals. The topics of the three expert lectures were PR of bands and festivals, effective communication of bands with dramaturgs and festival promoters, and an overview of smaller music festivals in the Czech-Bavarian border region. During the evening, contacts were established between bands and music associations and festivals from both sides of the border. The Pilsen band St. Johnny April 28, 2022, Schönsee, Center Bavaria Bohemia The second meeting aimed to connect independent visual artists and curators/managers of galleries or other exhibition spaces. Within three expert lectures, the possibilities of artists to get their artwork into galleries or other (alternative) exhibition spaces were discussed. At the same time, old and new contacts between artists from both sides of the border were renewed. The Pilsen band Vibestones played on the evening program. June 2, 2022, Pilsen, Raven Brewery and DEPO2015 We dedicated two meetings to the topic of small and craft brewing, the first of which was held in Pilsen; the afternoon part in the premises of the small Raven brewery and its tours, the early evening and evening part with lectures took place in DEPO2015. Expert contributions were devoted to the branding of small breweries, working with journalists and organizing cultural events by the brewery. In the evening, the Rokycan band Prázdné lahve played in the Ústředna cafe in DEPO2015. June 12, 2022, Pilsen, embankment on Radbuza The meeting of Bavarian and Czech swing dancers and instructors took place on a hot Sunday in June on the recently opened Plzeň embankment on the Radbuza. During the afternoon, four workshops were held by four lecturers (3 from Bavaria and 1 from the Czech Republic) of swing dances lindy-hop, balboa, shag and boogie-woogie. In the evening part of the program, the Swing Devils musical group played at the swing dance hall at the same place. The interest in this event was very high - over 40 dancers from both countries took part in it. June 23, 2022, Nittenau, Brauerei Jakob The last meeting within the project, and at the same time the second one dedicated to small brewing, was held in Nittenau, Bavaria. The first expert contribution was made by the brewery's brewer Jakob, others took place in the Brauereigasthof on the topics of branding, visuals and trends in this field.

BYCZ AiR PROGRAM 2024 is a cooperation project between the municipality of Kolnburg and the company Pilsen 2015 and is part of the INTERREG Bavaria - Czech Republic 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Union. Artists and creative professionals from Bavaria and the Czech Republic can apply for a two-month residency at the historical monument "Schießl-Haus", located in Kolnburg in the Bavarian Forest, halfway between Munich and Prague. On January 28, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the second year of the CO.CON festival took place here, which provided fans of these genres with an environment full of board and PC games, Cosplay, WarGames, arcade games, retro games and racing simulators, virtual reality, robots, comic book heroes, sales stands, interesting guests and, above all, great experiences. Pro návštěvníky, kteří dávají přednost klasickým hrám před těmi počítačovými, byl v Tržnici připraven velký prostor s deskovými hrami. Zahrát si mohli deskovky a karetní hry od velkých společností jako Albi nebo Black fire, ale i od menších nezávislých studií např. Maty Moves nebo plzeňské komunity Kavenu . Navíc si mohli vyzkoušet velmi speciální deskovky WARGAMES odehrávající se na několika velkých stolech plných modelů prostředí, a dokonce si k nim namalovat svoji herní figurku. Program neopomenul ani obrovsky populární Pokémony. Na festivalu měl tento japonský fenomén vlastní stánek PokéMaster s nabídkou balíčků karet , výběrem merche i možností si zahrát . Rodiny s dětmi nadchla herní výstava modelů z kostek LEGO® Czech Repubrick v prostorách Klempírny. Ta zavedla návštěvníky do světa Harryho Pottera , kde mimo jiné našli obří stavbu školy čar a kouzel v Bradavicích , která je největší stavbou z kostek LEGO® na světě vytvořená jedním člověkem. Na její stavbě se pracovalo téměř dva roky a spolkla okolo milionu kostiček. V herní části se starší děti zabavily ve stavitelské dílně a na ty menší od 18 měsíců čeká herna s kostkami DUPLO® , bludišti a bazény s hromadami kostek LEGO®. Zájemci mohli navštívit také novou rodinnou únikovou hru Záhada plzeňského metra. V rámci Cosplay subkultury mohli návštěvníci v areálu po celý den potkávat postavy v do detailu vypracovaných kostýmech. Narazit mohli na hrdiny ze Star Wars zastoupené Czech Garrison 501st Legion a The Rebel Legion Lion Basev , postavy z Pána prstenů v podání skupiny Lotrverse i na další populární klaďase a záporáky ze světa komiksů, sci-fi a fantasy. V kostýmech dorazili na festival také někteří návštěvníci. Program obohatily také ukázky studentské herní tvorby ze SUTNARKY s představením nového navazujícího magisterského oboru. V galerijních prostorech si pak návštěvníci mohli projít výstavy Komiksové pel-melení ateliéru Mediální ilustrace FDU LS a Abstract character design významných plzeňských graffity a komiksových tvůrců Obrase a Akrobada. Výtvarné téma rezonovalo také na kavárně, kde v odpoledních hodinách proběhl ilustrátorský battle mezi komiksovými tvůrci ze skupiny DRAWetc . Prodejní část festivalu nabídla tržiště , kde návštěvníci nakoupili vše od komiksových knih přes počítačové i deskové hry až po sběratelské předměty. About WALLZ Every year for one week in June, Pilsen is engulfed in a flood of colors during the WALLZ street art festival. The successful project aims to develop quality art in the public space of the city. It brings to Pilsen the star names of artists of the world graffiti scene, who leave their murals, i.e. large-scale paintings, at about ten locations throughout the city every year. With their artistic interventions, artists try to cultivate the often unsightly surfaces of various objects, from residential houses, which are reported to the project by the owners themselves, through the technical objects of the city to noise protection walls or entire streets. During the several years of the festival, not only did localities throughout Pilsen look better, but also the residents' awareness of art in public space and the perception of its importance rose significantly. The pilot year of this festival took place in 2019. She got the biggest space at the festival PC game room , allowing participation in the tournament for prizes. She introduced, for example, old schoolDoom in unconventional multiplayer,historic arcade game room with 8 machines , some even 50 years old, orvirtual reality on several surfaces. The game is also worth mentioningTrackmania , which was shown on a wide-angle projection made up of about 3 projectors, thus giving the player the feeling of a truly endless horizon. He was so busy with the lyrics for the new song that he forgot about the nagging pain in his back that had been bothering him for several months.
