Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

The DEPO2015 Creative Zone was established in 2015, when Pilsen was the European Capital of Culture. Since then, we have been bringing together innovative thinking, new and traditional technologies, a creative spirit, and culture. In the industrial spaces of a former tram depot, we organize exhibitions, concerts, and festivals of our own design; we also provide space for a wide range of events, which we can professionally host.

We are looking for a colleague to join our team who will help us develop our fundraising efforts and build long-term partnerships with companies that see the value in supporting culture and creative projects.

Job Responsibilities:

developing a fundraising strategy in collaboration with the DEPO2015 team,
identifying and actively approaching potential partners,
preparing collaboration proposals together with the DEPO2015 team,
presenting DEPO2015 projects to potential partners,
leading and coordinating negotiations on potential collaborations,
developing long-term partnerships and maintaining relationships with existing partners.

What We Expect:

experience with fundraising, partnerships, or business development,
actively reaching out to new contacts,
presenting DEPO2015 projects and identifying opportunities for collaboration,
building and maintaining long-term partnerships,
the ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the DEPO2015 team,
a positive attitude toward culture and a creative environment.

Experience directly from the cultural or nonprofit sector is a plus, but not a requirement for us.
