Job description:

• Management and organization of the reception;

• Coordination of receptionist and custodian activities (ensuring reception staffing, shift planning, attendance control);

• Reporting (responsibility for monthly closings for sales billing);

• Receiving and providing information about the program and events held at the DEPO2015 site;

• Administration of the GoOut and Plzeňská Vstupenka ticketing systems;

• Actively resolving operational situations and supporting visitor service;

• Receiving mail for the team and external entities located in DEPO2015;

We require:

• Completed high school education;

• Very good communication and organizational skills;

• Independence, diligence and ability to prioritize;

• Pleasant and professional demeanor;

• Active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;

• Advanced knowledge of working on a PC;

• Flexibility and willingness to ensure reception operation outside standard working hours - evenings, weekends;

• Experience with managing ticketing systems is an advantage;
