A story in which five little boys discover an ancient garden on their way to school, where they experience a series of unexpected encounters and hilarious adventures. The exhibition Trnkova Zahrada 2 transforms the original story into a multimedia installation with an original scenography, playing Jiří Trnka's illustrations in the form of a magical garden. Young and old visitors can take on the characters of the 5 boys from the book and experience their adventures first hand. They meet all the main characters from the book: a stone dwarf, a mischievous cat, good-natured elephants, an outwitted whale and a singing pack of dogs. At the same time, the emphasis is on interactivity, working with the visitor and his involvement in the whole process.

Trnkova Zahrada 2 was created with the support of Pilsen 2015, the European Capital of Culture, and was also first presented in Pilsen in February 2015. Since then, it has expanded to include many other digital and physical attractions, scenic elements and developed into a unique interactive exhibition, which has always been exhibited in several cities with a great response from visitors. In a new, expanded form, it is now returning to Pilsen, where its story began 8 years ago. The authors of the exhibition are Jan and Matyáš Trnka, the heirs and successors of Jiří Trnka.
